I loved the very central location of Croix Baragnon, making it super easy to walk to attractions and nearby metro stations. The staff was welcoming and helped with local tips. My room was clean and cozy, definitely comfortable for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, I did find the mattress on the soft side, making it a bit tricky to get a good night's sleep. Also, no coffee or tea in the room felt odd. Breakfast was available for a fee, but having a quick hot drink option in the room would be a nice addition. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, but I wish the room had better sound isolation since I could hear some noise from outside.

Stairs to the third floor could be a concern for those with heavy luggage!!! Reception not open 24 hours creates inconvenience, especially after a long day of exploration!!! A lift would definitely enhance accessibility!!!

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and dining options, particularly Claire, who went out of her way to assist us.

The shower room could use some improvements, especially for safety concerns, as the shower and toilets were on a different level from the rest of the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Croix Baragnon. The location is excellent, a short stroll to various historical sites. Pierre, the owner, was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing great tips for dining and local attractions. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the peaceful patio.

Pierre was a brilliant manager,, made everything easy and engaging for us. The location was ideal,, and the courtyard was super peaceful for the kids to relax.
